HOW TO TRICK AN INDUCTION COOKER
The easiest way to trick an induction cooker is to make use of an Induction converter disk. The Induction converter disk helps to heat up non-induction cookware that is placed on an Induction cooktop.
However, the downside to this method is that you won’t get the best result when you use induction cookware built and designed to work on an Induction cooktop.
WILL ALUMINIUM WORK ON THE INDUCTION COOKTOP?
It is ONLY cookware with magnetic properties of materials such as steel, cast iron, enamel, carbon steel that are suitable for Induction cooktop.
The Natural Composition of the Aluminum cookware makes it NOT suitable for Induction cooktop.
However, new innovations in kitchenware have made Aluminum cookware be merged with heavy-gauge magnetic properties on the bottom of the Aluminum pot and pan to be used on the Induction cooktop.
